At Miles Platts, we have over 50 years of experience in designing and manufacturing precision technical moulded coil bobbins and electro-technical parts for use in electrical, automotive and industrial markets.

We manufacture more than standard coil bobbins, we design and engineer custom components such as solenoids, EV motor bobbins, stator end caps, busbar covers and insulation components for various applications such as electric motors. Our highly skilled design team and in-house toolroom can optimise customer designs to incorporate perfect layer grooves for orthocyclic winding to ensure maximum fill factor and provides robust mechanical strength for motor assembly.
